Before You Search for a Professional

Before You Search for a Professional You should know...

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Listings from Anyone
Kink Aware Professionals (KAP) reserves the right to refuse listings from any professional for any reason and reserves the right to remove any listing of any professional at any time at the sole discretion of KAP.

We Have No Sex Services Listings
The Kink Aware Professionals (KAP) referral list does not post any listings offering sexual services of any kind.

We Do Not Screen Our Listings
The Kink Aware Professionals (KAP) referral list is composed of professionals who have requested that their listings be posted on this site. None of them are verified or screened in any way by KAP. This means that anyone contacting these professionals should take the necessary precautions, just are you would do if you were searching for a professional through any other means, including verifying that the professional is properly licensed or credentialed in his or her stated profession.

If You Have a Complaint About a KAP Professional
In the entire history of the KAP web site, we have only had a handful of complaints about professionals. That is a very good track record for KAP, but we want your experience with the professionals listed here to be the best it can be for you. So, if you do experience any conduct from a professional that you consider inappropriate, we want to hear about it, but you should consider reporting that professional to the appropriate governmental agency or licensing body where the professional does business. KAP does not have the resources or authority to act on or to resolve any complaint against any professional listed here.
