Kap Statement

By becoming a Kink Aware Professional you agree to the following;

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Listings from Anyone
The NCSF and Kink Aware Professionals (KAP) reserves the right to refuse listings from any professional for any reason and reserves the right to remove any listing of any professional at any time at the sole discretion of KAP.

KAP Approval Guidelines
Kink aware professionals must offer professional services for adults and be tolerant of those who engage in alternative sexual and relationship expressions. Kink aware professionals must support informed consent as the basis of ethical BDSM practices.

KAP doesn't allow:

  • No solicitation for sexual services
  • No minors (under 18) or animals in a sexual context
  • No solicitation for illegal activities
  • No sharing anyone's personal, identifying, confidential or proprietary information
  • No postings the primary purpose of which is to drive traffic to a website
  • No service or content that violates the law or legal rights of others

Privacy Statement

NCSF is strongly committed to protecting and maintaining your privacy.

NCSF will never sell, lend, lease, give away, or in any other way dissiminate information you may submit to us to any third party, person or organization.

NCSF may require your name, address, email address, or other personal and identifiable information from you in order to process requests, process membership applications and donations, sell merchandise, or provide other services. This information will be considered strictly confidential, and will not be dissiminated to any third party, person or organization.

Our Mission

The NCSF is committed to creating a political, legal and social environment in the US that advances equal rights for consenting adults who engage in alternative sexual and relationship expressions.

The NCSF aims to advance the rights of, and advocate for consenting adults in the BDSM-Leather-Fetish, Swing, and Polyamory Communities.

We pursue our vision through direct services, education, advocacy, and outreach, in conjunction with our partners, to directly benefit these communities.
