Organizational culture is the way people behave collectively within an organization. It consists of individual and shared beliefs and values of the organization’s leaders and managers that are intentionally and unintentionally communicated and reinforced in interactions with our volunteers, our members and others. Organizational culture can have positive attributes, negative attributes, and can be inconsistent over time and at any given time.
