*NOTE: As of October, 2014 I am also available to see clients in San Mateo. My second office address is 144 Claremont Street, San Mateo, CA 94401.
I'm experienced in unconditionally loving and therapeutically supporting individuals, couples, children, and families toward their increased personal growth and empowerment as well as experiencing more peace and happiness in their lives.
Some areas of particular focus for me include sexuality and gender (communication, sexual development, LGBTQ, children's issues, open and poly relationships, and alternative sexual choices including many forms of erotic power exchange), grief and loss (major life changes, death and dying, bereavement), depression and anxiety, and spiritual crisis. Trained in process therapy model with a dynamic and creative style of illuminating, nurturing, allowing, exploring, reflecting, honoring, and celebrating you and your sacred personal growth work.
I help children and their families to better navigate relationship challenges related to transgender issues. I have extensive experience working with at-risk children and adolescents and their families. In addition, I have a background in working with the dying and bereaved by supporting and honoring the grief and loss process.

Many of my clients self-identify as members of the Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, Poly, Queer, Kink, and/or Sex-positive communities. One of my most important goals is to support each client in empowering themselves to live full and meaningful lives.

If you are experiencing anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or relationship issues, I would be honored to work with you. Together, we can dynamically experiment with new ways to think and act that can lead to your feeling better and growing in ways that positively enhance your life.

I believe that doing therapeutic work increases our ability to deal with stress by tapping into our inner strength and powers of creativity to overcome obstacles such as hostility from those we care about and confusion about our own boundaries, feelings, and needs. If not now, when?
