I offer Individual and Couples/Relationship Therapy in San Diego, CA. I am caring, non-judgmental, and empathetic, and my approach to therapy is collaborative - my role is to be a catalyst for the change you desire. I help individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. I’ve been trained in EMDR for treating past trauma.

For couples/relationship therapy, I have been trained in and use the framework of Emotionally Focused Therapy. This type of therapy is geared toward the importance of your attachment bonds with each other, recognizing the negative cycles where couples often get stuck, and learning how to change the way you relate to each other in a deeper and more meaningful way. To better understand this therapeutic approach, please visit: I work within this framework for clients from a variety of relationship dynamics including D/s, BDSM, Poly, Swingers, non-monogamy, LGBTQ, etc.

I am very familiar with the diversity of lifestyle and relationships found today. In addition to my Master's degree in Psychology / Marriage and Family Therapy, I earned an MA in Human Sexuality from San Francisco State University. As part of my Master's Thesis, I conducted original research based on more than 1,500 women from the kink community. I have been a guest lecturer for cultural competency in working with kinky clients at San Diego State University's MFT program and have been asked by other universities to do the same.

With my background in the field of sexology, I enjoy working with people who have issues or concerns about sexuality and people who want to increase their level of intimacy and sexual satisfaction. I provide a safe space to discuss delicate topics and my goal is to make each of my clients feel comfortable and understood.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern (IMF 74112) under the supervision of John McConnell, PhD, LMFT (PSY 10673, MFC 23675).
