I am a long time fetishist and a pro Dominatrix. I purposely choose to have my studio in an industrial space more than 1000 ft from any school, residence, or church. You are just asking for trouble doing something like this in a residential zone. This guy doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on. Even if he owns his property it’s totally inconsiderate of neighbors to have that kind of traffic going on. Don’t bdsm’ers get what ‘healthy boundaries’ are? LOL.
