Kiley is constantly engaged in various initiatives to promote understanding, inclusivity, and education around these topics. She volunteers with organizations like The Woodhull Freedom Foundation, The National Coalition for Sexual Freedom and OPEN. The Up and Coming Advocacy Award is awarded to someone new or who has a new initiative in the field who the NCSF recognizes is making an outstanding contribution through the public education and advocacy for swinging, consensual non-monogamy, kink, and sexual freedom. This award is intended primarily for the entire field, although NCSF volunteers are not prohibited from consideration. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion shall be important factors in the determination of the award with care that marginalized populations within the communities are represented and recognized.
