Our Annual Meeting is open to NCSF members and volunteers, and will be livestreamed in order to enhance accessibility and equity. The meeting will start at Noon Eastern / 9am Pacific and will end at 6pm Eastern / 3pm Pacific.

The Coalition Partners elect the new Board Members and will be able to review the Annual Reports on each program and committee, including our Consent Counts work to promote Explicit Prior Permission for consent to kink, and the educational workshops and exhibits provided by the Education Outreach Program. The CPs also approve the 2023 financial statements and the 2024 budget for NCSF and the NCSF Foundation.
The Annual Meeting packet with program reports and Board Member candidate bios will be available on the NCSF website one week prior to the meeting. Coalition Partners can start voting by mail one week prior to the meeting up to Noon Eastern on Saturday, March 2nd by emailing membership@ncsfreedom.org
