Incident Reporting & Response – 3rd Quarter 2025 Report

NCSF’s Incident Reporting & Response received 38 reports & requests for assistance from individuals, groups and businesses in July, August and September 2025.

NCSF maintains the confidentiality of those who come to us for help, however we balance that need with the need to report the services we are providing and to provide the community with a record of where the need is the greatest.

Here is a breakdown of the reports we dealt with in the 3rd Quarter 2025:

Groups

Resources were requested by 20 organizations and people who are dealing with groups, compared to 35 requests in the 2nd Quarter of 2025:

  • 7 groups asked about attendees/presenters/organizers or reported they had banned someone
  • 5 groups asked for a consultation on their consent policies & procedures
  • 2 groups needed a business attorney
  • 2 people needed help with dealing with consent issues or a ban by a group
  • 1 group asked about liabilities issues involving a presentation
  • 1 group needed Raid Guide training
  • 1 group needed assistance in dealing with a volunteer
  • 1 club received a cease & desist by the county

Criminal

There were 8 requests for resources and information involving criminal legal matters, compared to 15 in the 2nd Quarter of 2025:

  • 7 reports came from people who were sexually assaulted, injured, violent threats, restraining order violated, stalking and safeword ignored
  • 1 person reported that they were accused of sexual assault

Professionals

There were 6 requests regarding professionals compared to 10 in the 2nd Quarter of 2025:

  • 3 people needed a referral to a mental health professional regarding an interpersonal dispute
  • 1 professional needed a peer support group for a kinky sexual assault survivor.
  • 1 law student needed stats on kink and child custody
  • 1 professional asked for materials about kink for forensic nurses

Civil

There were 2 reports compared to 10 in the 2nd Quarter of 2025:

  • 1 person reported defamation on FetLife
  • 1 person reported they filed a Title IX report

Outing

There was 1 report compared to 6 in the 2nd Quarter of 2025:

  • 1 person reported being outed by an organizer

Child Custody/Divorce

There was 1 request for resources and referrals for family court attorneys, compared to 1 in the 2nd Quarter of 2025:

  • 1 parent had child custody removed by Social Services due to their work on OnlyFans and adult entertainment.
