Save the Date! The NCSF Annual Coalition Partner Meeting will take place on Saturday March 1, 2025. The meeting starts at: 9:00am Pacific, 10:00am Mountain, 11:00am Central, 12:00pm Eastern.
The Annual Meeting is open to all NCSF members and volunteers, and will be livestreamed in order to enhance accessibility and equity.
We’ve made some changes this year, and we listened when you said you wanted a shorter meeting with more focus on the coming year. We will be providing your enhanced Annual Report on February 1st. While we will briefly review our year and have plenty of time for questions, most of our meeting will be spent on going-forward plans. Providing more information up front with more time for you to read it before the meeting will allow us to cut our meeting by half.
The Coalition Partners (CP’s) will elect the new Board Members and approve the 2024 financial statements and the 2025 budget for NCSF and the NCSF Foundation. The CPs also will be able to review the Annual Reports on each program and committee, along with the Board Member candidate bios. CPs can start voting by email one month prior to the meeting,
