NCSF’s Incident Reporting & Response received 43 reports & requests for assistance from individuals, groups and businesses in October, November and December 2025.
NCSF maintains the confidentiality of those who come to us for help, however we balance that need with the need to report the services we are providing and to provide the community with a record of where the need is the greatest.
Here is a breakdown of the reports we dealt with in the 4th Quarter 2025:
Groups
Resources were requested by 16 organizations and people who are dealing with groups, compared to 20 requests in the 3rd Quarter of 2025:
- 6 groups asked for a consultation on their consent policies & procedures
- 2 groups needed assistance with liability issues
- 2 people reported being banned by a group
- 1 group asked about attendees/presenters/organizers or reported they had banned someone
- 1 group needed Raid Guide training
- 1 group needed insurance
- 1 group needed organizational assistance
- 1 online group reported shadow banning on Facebook
- 1 group asked about the legality of sex work at their events
Criminal
There were 15 requests for resources and information involving criminal legal matters, compared to 8 in the 3nd Quarter of 2025:
- 12 reports came from people who were choked, assaulted, sexually assaulted, drugged, trafficked, recorded without permission, harassed, and injured
- 1 person reported that they were accused of assault
- 1 person received an Order of Protection
- 1 club was questioned by the DA about an alleged assault that occurred there
Professionals
There were 3 requests regarding professionals compared to 6 in the 3rd Quarter of 2025:
- 2 people needed a referral to a mental health professional
- 1 person needed a referral for medical care
Civil
There were 3 reports compared to 2 in the 3rd Quarter of 2025:
- 2 people reported defamation
- 1 person reported they were fired because swinging violates their code of conduct.
Outing
There were 3 reports compared to 1 in the 3rd Quarter of 2025:
- 2 people reported being outed by an organizer
- 1 person was outed on Twitter and doxed
Child Custody/Divorce
There were 2 requests for resources and referrals, compared to 1 in the 3rd Quarter of 2025:
- 1 parent reporting divorce and custody issues due to swinging
- 1 parent reported that organizers were subpoenaed in their child custody hearing and asked why they had banned them
